Canon SX210IS Design
The Canon SX210IS has a black outer housing that is 2.3 inches high by 1.3 inches deep by 4.2 inches wide. This camera weighs 7.9 ounces, and it’s equipped with a CCD optical sensor. The charged coupled device sensor captures your images so that your photos are as sharp and brilliant as ever. With the inclusion of a 1/2.3 inch optical zoom lens you can rest assured in knowing that even your close up captures are unmarred and blemish free. The LCD display is position on the backside of the device and flips open and to the left of the camera body. The camera is not outfitted with the old school viewfinder which really isn’t needed considering the decent LCD display the camera possesses.
The video record button is positioned on the backside of the Canon SX210IS, and the power button is positioned on the upper right hand side of the top of the digital camera offering. The included camera strap can be attached to either side of the camera so the user can define his or her preference. Canon SX210IS Review :
By Mike Although I have not tested the samera in all situations yet I have high expectations from what I have seen so far. This camera is as good as it gets withought going to an SLR or professional camera. It has taken great pictures in average light settings and the white ballance is good. There is an issue with the barrel of the lense casting a shadow in certain instances (i have tested this and seen an internet demo before i bought the camera and was aware that this was an issue), but i am willing to live with it, or set the camera to widescreen to "auto-crop" it out. Pictures look great so far, an amazing amount of features and many that I have not even tested yet! I am looking forward to using this for all my photography needs.
